  I really don't understand why people love Jimmy Johns subs so much. Everyone I hear talk about them state they're so great. I find them average for a sub shop. They're bread is pretty good & their delivery is truly lightening fast, but that's about it.
  
  I like all the interesting names & combinations they have for their subs. They don't offer any salads, which I really don't understand why they wouldn't, but they do offer a low-carb lettuce wrap which is basically any sandwich wrapped in lettuce rather than bread.  Their selection of toppings is a bit sparse & even when I add the Italian dressing the sub still tastes fairly plain to me.
  
  My son loves Jimmy Johns & honestly that is the only reason I go there.  I find their subs mediocre & a bit over priced.

  Man... this place took a downward turn.  Freakishly slow is more like it. On my most recent visit, I ordered online for a "as soon as possible" pick up.  And after 20 minutes, drove to this location and my order was still not made.  There seemed to be a disengaged trainee who was manning the cash register which added to the wait.  Thank goodness for the young lady who appeared to be the most experienced in the bunch who helped expedite my sandwich while waiting, I was finally able to get my sub.  As they were putting my pack together, another lady gave me my bag and mumbled the cookie is still frozen.  I was like, "what did you say i couldn't hear you".  And she abruptly said, "they didn't put out cookies, so yours is frozen" and turned around to move on to her next order.  I stood there in shock, i wasn't sure how to respond.  Do I go back to the cashier and say I don't want the cookie and take it off my bill?  Do I demand to have the cookie for free?  Do I trade it for the oatmeal raisin instead?  Do I demand to speak to a manager?  I did nothing and left.  I spent too much time here already.  Looks like I'll hit up one of the other 4 sandwich shops in this plaza and avoid this freakishly awful location.

  I use to order a lot from here but stopped the day my sandwich was left in the lobby with no concern if anyone took it . I will never order from here again and I called the manager the 12 year old over the phone could care less . Sorry but never again and the owners could care either I'm still waiting for a call

  After hearing those annoyingly repetitive commercials forever I decided to go grab a sub. Turkey double meat.  What a huge disappointment. The white bread was horrible and I swear I though they forgot the meat.
  
  The hot peppers were tasty but that's the only positive besides it being ready fast.
  
  Just another horrible sub shop like subway that doesn't put much meat on their sandwiches. Look at my pics. :/

  If you want your food fast, delivered fast, but still delicious then Jimmy John's is the place to be.  I've ordered delivery here countless times and right when I put my order in I swear in less that 10-15 minutes my food arrives.  CRAZY!  Even when I go to the actual place to order the make those sandwiches SUPER quick.  They really know how to get the ball rolling and don't waste your time or lunch break either.
  
  I have not tried all of their sandwiches, I've only tried two, one being "Totally Tuna" which is my FAVORITE.  Super simple tuna salad with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.  If you order the Giant sandwich, the totally tuna comes with provolone cheese.  But I keep mine simple, it's just that good.  I also like knowing that the bread is baked just right, soft and a little bit of crunch on the sides.  It doesn't come out warm, but it doesn't cut my mouth how most subs can be.
  
  But overall it's a good sandwich place, nothing fancy smancy about it.  Just good subs that are made fast and delivered fast.
